Deskripsi Diri

Romi Fadli Syahputra, M.Si. adalah dosen dan peneliti Fisika Universitas Muhammadiyah Riau yang berfokus pada Fisika Material Fotonik. Ia mengampu mata kuliah Fisika Material, Fisika Kuantum, dan Fisika Zat Padat. Minat risetnya mencakup material fungsional, nanomaterial, metamaterial, sensor berbasis material maju, serta biokomposit ramah lingkungan berbasis biomassa lokal.

Aktif memimpin riset kolaboratif mahasiswa pada topik sensor metamaterial, nanokomposit energi surya, dan komponen baterai, ia produktif menerbitkan karya di jurnal internasional bereputasi serta memegang beberapa HKI. Selain riset, ia aktif dalam pengabdian masyarakat terkait penguatan laboratorium dan asesmen pendidikan di Riau, serta terbuka untuk kolaborasi inovasi sains lintas bidang.
